Refund

We will grant a full or partial refund if we have not solved any order issues within 5 business days from the time you contacted us. If you experienced a loss/drop in service, our customer service team will gladly refill your order as long as its within 30 days of your purchase date. Note that just because you request a refund does not mean you will be entitled to one—meaning that late delivery of a service will not warrant a refund. Dashlikes holds itself responsible for customer satisfaction but has the authority to determine if a refund request is valid.
